It was Safari on a Mac. Safari on an iPad worked properly. Of course, Firefox with Adblocker and No Script eliminates the problem entirely. However, that cuts into Neatorama's income.

Which supports my contention that numeric systems are all eventually, inherently cumbersome. Metric or English, Pi is still the same number. As is Tau. Plank's constant, Avagadro's Number and the natural logarithm. All are strange and wonderful numbers no matter what system one chooses.
