This could be my dream house! Indoor rifle range. Storerooms behind storerooms. Indoor auto shop. Offices below bedrooms that open into a 10,000 laboratory / demonstration space with an observation platform that runs the full width.
Of course, the bathrooms and kitchens need to be completely redone.
I wonder if anyone has tried using a non-explosive demolition agent. They are also called chemical demolition or soundless demolition agents. Here is a scholarly link on the subject, but many commercial sites have demonstrations. Pretty neat, actually.
They missed at least a couple: "Bigfoot" is a trans-dimensional being" and "Bigfoot is the last of the Neanderthals". Oh, wait. Maybe these are the non-crazy theories.
Why would anyone want to live a long life? Do what you should right now (and every other right now) and have minimal regrets. Enjoy such things as this monstrosity along the way.
Pretty standard benefit for high-tech companies out here on the left coast. Me? Whatever time the days work is done, I either serve my employees homemade beer or take them out for a meal. (Costs are kept down by being the only employee.)
Of course, the bathrooms and kitchens need to be completely redone.
