Hmm. Would liver temperature drop that much after only an hour or two in the freezer? Anyone in Neatoland work with this stuff? I only do forensics on inanimate objects.

What about Rowan and Martin's "Turn-On?" Did "Three Lbs" have a second airing? "The Black Donnallys" had the best pilot show I had ever seen. Myself and the rest of America turned off the first regular episode as humor turned to gore after 20 minutes .

University of Akron annual tuition and fees is ~$12,000, for four years, let's call that $50K. So Lebron's total commitment is about $50,000,000. Even if we assume that the actual number is 50 students per year for 20 years, that is still $2.5M per year. Well within his means and a worthy effort.

Without knowing anything about the man and his situation (but will be reading the links), let me suggest that mining and smelting does not need anything expensive nor complicated.

As for the expensive robotics, if he were charming and committed, there are any number of scientists and engineers who would gladly contribute to a madman who wants to test their designs.

I had a neighbor who was a fully functioning alcoholic: 24 beers a day for over 40 years, owned three homes outright, ran a very successful business. He got sick from something that had nothing to do with drinking. Doctor cured it but also told him to never drink again.

After six months of fighting mystery illnesses, I told him and his wife hat he needs to go back to beer. Fixed most of his problem in a week. His body had gotten so used to alcohol, that it could not function with out it.

Jordan co-branded with Nike. It is difficult to walk away from five years of successful intellectual property development. Jordan was upset with something about Nike at contract end. The core staff (i.e those with whom he was upset) tried to lure him away.

Walking into the big meeting, Jordan thought he had a set of bad choices: Jump to another company and rebrand, rebrand with a successful team, or stay with a company that had lost its A-team. When he saw the J III, one of those had just gotten better than the rest.
