Oh it's beautiful, it's just that it's at LEAST as overplayed as "Pachelbel's Canon". I've heard everything from technosynth remixes to acoustic bluegrass-country-western takes on the score. So I love it, I just got burnt out on it for a while. But good renditions of it are a breath of fresh air, and this is certainly a refreshing version of the song. One that'd I'd actually be willing to hear repeatedly, even!

She's doing fine, still in the hospital but gaining lots of weight and apparently quite healthy. I give as much credit to her caring medical staff as I do to her loving, devoted parents.

It's just amazing to think that, only a few years earlier, her chances of even surviving--much less thriving--would have been astronomical.
