Alas, my poor computer geek hands do not have any dexterity outside of a keyboard. I can't imagine building beautiful things like those wood models. BTW, that Valkyrie fighter is in GerWalk mode.
As a parent, I find this tragic. She's on a self-destructive path to a life of petty crime, teen pregnancy, welfare dependence, etc. She should get professional counseling before it's too late.
And I should ask.... is she being "abused" in her home? It looks like a plea for attention.
Wow, just wow. It's a tragedy/lawsuit waiting to happen. Blunted swords or not, those things can be deadly. What if they manage to gouge someone's eyes out with a sword through the eye holes? Or what if they lop off the ears of the poor referee as he was trying to disentangle the fighters? Yikes!
Nice carpentry work. I tried my hand at such projects. Turns out I am just bad with tools, even dangerous. Maybe in 30 years when I retire, I may finally earn enough life experience to build a boat on my basement like Mark Harmon's character in NCIS.
BTW, not a big fan of Macross II. I don't like the story or the characters. But I like the opening song (A Hush of 200 Million Years). Makes me not regret, too much, getting the series on VHS tapes.
Too many snowflakes in universities. If they can't live in adult society, then they should just live in their moms' attics/basement/garage. I was quite surprised to hear profanity in my first year of college from our prof. But by the second year I have grown desensitized.
Well, at least the Unlimited Ed Black Lotus stolen from me is not that expensive. Overrated card anyway. I usually draw it when I don't need the mana boost. Now Ancestral Recall (I also had the Unli Ed), that is a card I would never begrudge drawing any time.
You're an adult when a court deems you fit to stand trial as an adult. If you are mature enough to know that killing, raping, stealing, bombing, etc., is morally wrong and you can choose not to do it, then by jove you are an adult.
Which means the affluenza kid and people like him will never grow up to be adults.
2) I think TFA should be on this list.
3) I thought his move Witness is an underrated classic.
4) At least the list didn't have Six Days Seven Nights. I was actually dreading clicking the link to find this movie there.
5) I never liked Bladerunner.

And didn't we see this in the Cable Guy?
