Ah, it's TGI Friday's potato skins snacks, not their potato skin appetizer like I first thought. I wonder if there's a small print on the packaging that says "potato skins flavored snack." That may get TGIF off the hook.

I'm an avid eBook reader (and audiobook listener) and I remember the day that I realized that instead of buying eBook and audiobooks, I could borrow them from the library instead, using an app called "Libby" on my phone. You should visit your local library and see if they have a system that will allow you to borrow eBooks.
