There are other polls that actually perform better than Rasmussen (LA Times, for example, has higher accuracy at 85%. YouGov at 89%). And, of course, there are many polls that performed worse than Rasmussen, too. Bias remains a big factor in polling, and I doubt it can be completely removed.
