Me too. I still remember when my college proctor yelled "you, keep your eyes to yourself" at my general direction during a final exam. Turned out, someone was trying to peek at MY test. That experience kind of rattled me for the rest of the test.
It's funny that you should mention cheating at college level. In my limited experience, I found that there's a lot more cheating going on in my big city university (especially the hard classes) than in my small town high school.
Cheating is so rampant in the Chinese gaokao exam that a couple of months ago parents actually rioted (yes, you read that right. PARENTS) when the school imposed strict measures to prevent cheating:
