Holy crap. That first one seriously made me cry. I'm going to go hug my cat now and assure him repeatedly that he'll never end up alone in a cage. :(

Hazel! Reminds me of being a child in the summers of the early 70's, watching syndicated reruns on the local network affiliate at around 10am when I'd normally be in school during other parts of the year. Back when we only had 4 channels to choose from. The world felt "fresh" then. :)

For anyone really interested in Adam West, there was a docu that came out a couple of years ago that covers his entire career up to date: Being Adam West.
Doesn't appear to be on Netflix, but I know I saw it on HBO/Showtime recently, so it's been showing there.

In case anyone here hasn't seen it... a great live action movie filled with these sorts of antics from the bear's POV:

Great list... but yeah, you can do 150 great shots of Kubrick alone... or 150 just from the movie "Hero"... it was possibly the most visually gorgeous film ever, followed closely by Singh's "The Cell" and "The Fall"... and possibly "House of Flying Daggers". ;)

I don't see anything complicated. Right foot, left foot, repeat. They might be a problem for small children (and maybe the elderly) who often take steps one at a time with both feet, but most adults skip every other step with each opposite respective foot. I guess if you're used to starting stairs on the left foot (I wonder if handedness generally dictates that) it might cause an issue.
The might look difficult, but they actually have treads exactly where your feet need and only what you use during a standard right-foot-initiated climb.
Plus, great for thwarting unknowing intruders who enter your home. :P

And as soon as the sea sapphires can develop off-world technologies they will travel to foreign systems and hunt the indigenous species there for sport. ;)

Am I the only one who felt an urge to go replay Shadow of the Colossus upon seeing that map image?

My favorite answer to this question has always been:
"Because if it were green we wouldn't know when to stop mowing!"
(Thank you, Harry Anderson / Judge Harry T. Stone)
