Mmm.. A banana for breakfast, a supersized biggy McWopper with extra fries, quart sugary soda pop, and icecream with gummy bear topping for lunch, then a good general tso chicken / pu pu platter combo for dinner.... and I'm supposed to loose weight? Sign me in!!!!

More seriously, I'm on a diet right now : it involves veggies, normal size balanced meals and... hunger! Banana diet is BS.
