So I'm 5'9" and my husband is 6'4". My 160 and his 220 is much different than if our friends (5'2" and 5'6") weighed the same. If the four of us flew on a couples trip, I'd be pissed to pay more simply because we're taller than average.

I'm guilty of saying "no problem". Two observations about it though: it's less likely to be a conversation flow blockage like I've found you're welcome to be and I'm more apt to say it after speaking French or Spanish in a recent conversation. With the latter, one is pretty much saying no problem, literally it's nothing. Either way, I've never had a complaint.

Maybe it's a husky thing. Ours rarely stands when eating. She'll either lay on her stomach with her head in the bowl or tip over the bowl so the food spills out and do this same thing. If she's in an "active" mood, she takes out the kibble, walks a couple feet away, drops it on the floor, lays down, and then eats it. I don't even question it anymore. (and while I'm not lazy, it is nice to have an electricity-free vacuum in the house)

If you are going to spout facts, please make sure they are in fact accurate. The New Testament is (by secular and biblical scholars) now dated to have been written between 50CE and 150CE. Your assertion of "300 years after" is almost 200 years old itself in thought and has been disproven. Even taking into account that Jesus was most likely born 3-4BCE, someone writing in 50CE who was born the same year would be mid-50s. Also, for dating purposes, we are looking at the earliest existing documentation. It's entirely possible that more manuscripts will come to light or that the current oldest manuscripts are not the first time those words were committed to written word.
