April, if you think this is a dumb law, and I would agree with that, then you should applaud breaking it. Breaking them is what you're supposed to do with dumb laws, loudly and publically. This is being massively misinterpreted, there's no instantaneous communication going on here, just plain old lightspeed lasers. Anton and his team are working on quantum cryptography.
