Maybe they don't care how hard they worked for it. Maybe they just got bored of the alternative flavour that they obviously had more of. They preferred the flavour that was rare.
I've eaten a cricket in a lollipop. The grossest part was actually having to lick your way to it and inevitably having to bite it off. Cricket legs + sucker = sticking to your teeth.
