Oh, my. . I feel like Johnny Depp in Chocolat. Some of these are very good (Wag the Dog and Strangelove), but they're not my favorite. Being There and The Russians are Coming! The Russians are Coming! I think Being There meets the strict criteria, but not The Russians, which is an absolute riot. . .

Nice to see Pontypool made the top list. Canada's version of Night of the Living Dead. Took me a while to find it in the reddit thread but: Audition. Japanese horror. Yikes. And I didn't see this one but it deserves a look: A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night.

I freeze various concoctions containing fruits and nuts all the time so I'm not sure where that particular guidance is coming from. Snickers, Milky Ways, and Three Musketeers freeze extremely well and I've been known to buy a bag just for that purpose. The 'fun' size is best for that. Stick it in the back of the freezer and try to forget it's there - it will last a year with no problem.

Conkers was a rite of fall when I was growing up. We went to "the trees" and came back with grocery bags full of chestnuts. Then for the next week or so we slammed our nuts together.

Interesting. But given two 'identical' cheeses, say Land-O-Lakes White & Yellow, where the addition of annatto makes one yellow but doesn't affect the flavor; why do I prefer white over yellow. I can tell the difference too. I dunno, but the same applies to white vs. yellow with identical sharp cheeses.

Candy Corn. The Trumpster of candy. Everybody hates it but an awful lot are buying it. Looking at the worst list - yikes! Six on that list are favorites, especially smarties and neccos.

Oh Miss C. Fluffernutters are to die for! Don't eat them as much as I used to but my pantry is never without peanut butter (Peter Pan Crunchy) and fluff. And one of the very first things I learned to bake was a recipe called 5 Pounds of Wonderful Fudge, which of course was made with fluff. Now lets talk about something the thought of which makes one ill: peanut butter and mayonnaise. Seriously? Gag me with a spoon. Also, nowhere in this post will you see the words "marshmallow creme." Not sure what that is ?. Finally, I like broccoli and brussels sprouts so surely that counts as something. . .

Ahhh. . . This perfectly explains why any furniture configuration in my house must (shall) include a recliner. And look at The Bunny of Exuberance in such a prime spot. The only thing missing is perhaps a piece of blueberry pie.
