Surely there was a better picture from that whole site to place on Neatorama instead of Telluride - home of the "holy then thou" rich freaks (at least the Aspen rich folks are classy), poor hippie ski bums, and the doper trust funders?

Life, for most people, follows a classic bell curve. It's mostly ok, with small moments of great joy or great sorrow tossed in. Why do the religious freaks "thank god" for the good parts, but don't "blame god" for the bad parts or the seemingly endless days of mediocrity?
It's cute when a toddler believes in Santa Claus, it's pathetic when a so called adult believes in something just as fictional.

"Life is so precious" - how so?
There's 6 billion plus examples of that "precious" commodity stumbling around the planet now. Virtually any 13-43 year old woman can produce more (and seemingly do in many many nations). Not exactly a scarce commodity now is it?

So true - except they're from Hanover so there are no "hotshot" doctors there - only really really really really state paid mediocre ones (kind of like Canada).

I miss having a mandatory state-regulated health plan that's willing to spend hundreds of thousands of euros on ONE newborn.
