I see the post came via Bloody Disgusting, which pretty much describes how I feel about the photos. Together with Bloody Pointless, Bloody Waste of Time, etc., etc..
Can't disagree too much with the choices - I've seen them all except for Il Duce, but the list needs expanding! Near the top of my list would be Louis "Papillon" Dega and Louis Dega (Steve McQeen and Dustin Hoffman respectively) in Papillon, Colonel Nicholson (Alec Guiness) in Bridge on the River Kwai and both Billy Hayes and Max (Brad Davis and John Hurt respectively) in Midnight Express.
OK if you want to travel uphill or at night just a few miles before the batteries die. And in one of the most uncomfortable cars ever made. And pay a small fortune for the privilege.
I used to be a butcher in England many years ago and had charts similar to these around the place for customer information. The British way of cutting beef is slightly different and some cuts go by different names, but the information is excellent and applies whatever you call the cut. Too few places give this sort of help for customers when choosing meat.
