I've always thought it's been digital broadcast and not cell. Both television and radio started broadcasting in digital fairly recently in the US and their signal strengths are much more powerful and much more blanketing.

Can't this be viewed as false advertising? Psychologically, they know that consumers don't read fine print. I'd rather see honest salesmanship rather than dishonest.
No body is explaining to the public what it really do if the banks fail. I don't the know affects on the economy if the bank fold will be and no body is explaining it, but I'll tell you this much it sounds awfully convenient and unfair. With that being said, that is why I'm still against it. Until our oh great and power wizard of Oz can tell why the eff we should do this I don't trust them at all.
