I suppose he should ask himself why he's blogging and for what reasons. Is he doing it to entertain others, occupy himself, or for attention? The fact that fewer people read it wouldn't bother some people. Even if one person enjoys your work, that should be enough.

I have very opinionated views on war and violence but this isn't the time to express that. The video should be enjoyed for its simplicity and humanity. Sometimes you should just take things at face value or you'll give yourself an ulcer.

I can't wait for this movie to come out, if anyone is malleable and talented enough to do this movie, it's John C. Reily. I heard a great interview with him on NPR about this movie and will definitely catch it.

Junji Ito is great, he is very good with those types of endings. I recommend Uzumaki, as someone else mentioned. An earlier work of his, Kyrie is also good, but not as polished as Uzumaki (it's only three books).
