I sus[ecy Daniel is right, otherwise why would there be such a large gap at the bottom?

Or is it an example of that internet law that any comment posted pointing out errors in spelling or grammar will contain more errors than the original.

@iron-hands even in the old series there were several hints that a timelord could regenerate way more than a dozen times. I won't bore you with them, but it can be entertaining trying to find them.

@shadowfirebird as a Welshman living in England I have often heard this story and it is complete and utter tripe. There are several reasons for this. Firstly the majority of native Welsh speakers use Cymraeg as their first language. Secondly the average Daily Mail reader may fondly imagine that Welsh speakers use English as their first language and only use Welsh to be awkward, but this isn't the case - nobody would learn a whole language just to annoy. And finally, try though we might we still haven't worked out a way to identify the English on sight, so we can't start speaking Welsh when we see an Englishman coming.

So in other words those people didn't switch to speaking Welsh when they saw you coming, they were speaking Welsh all along.

The story is common because it has a long precedent. In Wales, Ireland, Scotland and almost every other country the English ever occupied the English tried to suppress and even outlaw the local language. This had the opposite effect to that which was intended as the natives then saw their language as a symbol of their struggle against the English and used the language whenever possible to annoy and obstruct the English occupiers. Your story dates back hundreds of years.

There is even a completely untrue story that the Welsh language was only invented to confuse and obstruct the English. Bear in mind that when the English first occupied Wales they did not speak a language that we would recognise as English today.

"I can’t wait to see who fills in that last window."

But obviously Who fills that last window, just like the other eleven.

And I'm sure there will be many more and there are many reasons why, I just can't be bothered to go into them again.

There is a school of parenting. These days they call it something like a support group, but BITD it was simply called the community. You learn about parenting from family and friends, what it self evident you ask. Once you take away the truly evil child abusers you're left with people who don't bother learning because they think they know best. It's nothing new, there have always been parents like this.

Beware of people who tell you "I was there" or "I knew him".

For example the number of people who will tell you that they saw The Who play at Leeds University on the 14th of February 1970 far exceeds the capacity of the hall where the gig took place.

Likewise 26,000 people saw Llanelli beat the All Blacks on the 31st of October 1972, but several times that number of Welshmen will tell you they were there.

Where do you get the idea that these are "nuclear cooling towers"? For a start several of the towers in the video are actually chimeys from fossil fuel powered stations and secondly I recognise two of the cooling tower locations and both of those were coal fired.

@Sharyn in Ireland it is often the case that the entrance to private land will have a sign stating that the owner exludes the duty of care to visitors. Like this http://tinyurl.com/7hpx9rn

We actually need more of that in the world.

The thing is, however, that the fact this guy apparently got hit right in the rectum suggests that he was a participant rather then a bystander. As such it would be like a boxer suing another boxer for punching him.
