Yeah, this is an interesting thing to do to your mind. Did it with a few friends when I was 19, while tripping on acid. Verrry intense, kinda scary, and often hilarious. Give it a shot, I DARE you!!!
I will balance rocks when I go hiking, sometimes next to a trail, sometimes well off of the trail. I began doing it when I noticed others had done it before me, and thought it was cool enough to continue. It is fun when I'm exploring off trail and run into an interesting pile. Makes exploring the woods even more worthwhile.
I think the prison hotel could be kinda cool. If they made it a nice hotel, it would ruin the experience. You can stay in a nice hotel almost anywhere.
I probably like the plain look because that is how we have always seen these statues, but I feel like the colour takes away something. I like to admire the craftsmanship of statues and sculpture. The colour makes them look gaudy, and kind of cheap.
I'm not religious at all, but I love religious art and artifacts. This piece is astoundingly beatiful. The craftsmanship is impecable. Want it soooo bad!
Incinerating toilets have actually been around for a long time. The grandparents of a friend of mine have had one since at least the mid seventies. They built a Sears log cabin kit home in an area with a high water table, so no septic was allowed. Their real estate agent told them about the company that makes these toilets. The rest is history.
I remember HBO used to make behind the scenes documenteries about movies, and they did one on Back To The Future 2. Michael J Fox, as well as some of the crew, jokingly said the hoverboards would be in stores soon. The sarcsm was really apparrant, and My brothers, sister and I all recognized instantly that it was a joke. Get to school on monday, SOOOO many kids believed it was true! "I can't wait to get one!!" was heard many times. No one would listen to us, and kids were actually getting mad at us! "Just wait till I get one, You'll see!!" It was one of the most annoying times ever. I would like to call some of these people and say "So, are you still enjoying your hoverboard? Oh yeah, that's right, THEY DON'T EXIST!!"
Oh yes, squirrels are rats. They just happen to have bushy tails, making some people think they are cute. You would not think that if you had them chewing holes in your house, making filthy nests, eating your food, etc. Yes, squirrels do these things. Drink up!!
I moved back with my folks recently, and everything was were it was four years ago, but with more stuff piled on top. I could not believe it. It was pretty sureal.
