Definitely a lot of pictures at that site. Some good, some silly.
The statues were worthwhile seeing.
What a thing to do to a car, though.

Gotta love those Bible quotes in the comments.
You probably can't remove the robes, or they're like Ken dolls - all smooth. Or maybe that's where the ON/OFF switch is.

The dolls probably say something to make you feel guilty if you try to remove their robes; like "I'm disappointed in you, my child" or "You'll go blind".

Yup, the CN Tower's been around a lot longer than 2003. And it's only the tallest free-standing one. There are some taller towers now, but they need help to stand, somehow.

Isn't that just tempting stupidity?
It seems dangerous and wasteful.

I imagine people with food fetishes would like that sort of thing. Cream with your coffee?

I seem to remember the report a couple of weeks ago saying that there was no liquid remaining, but that they could analyse some of the fish bones that were left in the containers. The containers were not sealed, and water replaced the actual garum.
There were several types of garum that were made, from the cheap variety to the really good stuff. Still, fish is fish.

Knowing very little about nuclear science, I'm not sure that it's fusion that he's achieved. Possibly fission - the splitting apart of atoms - but even that seems really improbable.

It had to be a very expensive proposition.

That's a woman?
Glad you said so.
I would never have known.

Perhaps they were taking turns. Perhaps she wanted to try rowing to see what it was like. Perhaps the two men have an inherited heart condition, preventing them from strenuous physical activity.

The sad part is that none of them are wearing life jackets.

I thought it was funny, especially the build-up. Its self-importance reminded me of the self-importance of Western news channels like CNN and Fox.

Finally, a new era in news reporting(!), with two anchors who look about as professional as the folks on the Naked News.

If it makes you think about your own news providers, maybe it's a good thing.
