Them regular folk models are pretty looking women.

"Real" models are repulsive in their thinness, and all the hype surrounding them about their various exploits is distracting.

Same thing with male models in men's ads. Do we really need to see some hyper buff perfectly formed guy selling a product? We can all relate more to regular people trying to sell us stuff.

THat being said, that model above with the breast hanging out I would be more willing to date than some anorexic heavily made up she-model in the magazine.

It may be sad, but this is the future for our descendants thanks to over-population.

I foresee endless panoramas of enormous buildings, each filled with hundreds of thousands or even millions of cubicles. One gets to use the cubicle only for seven hours each day. The rest of the time one is either working, or just wandering with the crowds in the corridors waiting for one's next turn.

David only "killed" Goliath when he needed some public relations work. He forgot to change this verse though: (2 Sam. 21:19)- "And there was war with the Philistines again at Gob, and Elhanan the son of Jaare-oregim the Bethlehemite killed Goliath the Gittite, the shaft of whose spear was like a weaver’s beam."

The church was hoping to get people to question a literal interpretation of the Bible, as well as using the Bible to justify hate and cruelty. People spend more time arguing about literalness, than focusing on the importance of the message of Jesus, sacrifice, and redemption. The church argues that not only is a literal interpretation of the Bible a distraction, but that it is impossible to reconcile the various stories of Jesus's birth without performing mental acrobatics which lead to intellectual convulsions (same thing with the Easter story- I challenge anyone to tell me reconcile the differences in the four Easter stories presented in the Gospels.

If we are ever to mature as a culture, as human beings, as rational adults, we must move beyond literalness, and grow-up.
