Eugh, I really do wish you wouldn't post pictures of injuries without a warning. It's not that I can't stomach the gore or anything like that - I love action movies and red meat and such - I just hate seeing people suffer.
Seriously! My folks have an old book by this illustrator that I'm sure probably has this illustration in somewhere - but I know that I've seen this in Loony Toones and other media and since then constantly in visual comedic media henceforth. Still. It's good to know where it originated. Fascinated that there was a purpose to it!
It's clear to everyone I've ever - EVER - met that custody and rights hearings (and earnings hearings, in this supposedly equal society) without a modicum of doubt of fair trial favor women. I'm not remotely presenting a bias, just my experience from what I've heard from over a half dozen cases.
Sorry to hog but folks need to post more in the Defamatory comments. This project is BRILLIANT. I love it. As an art and as a social project. Great stuff.
Haha, Steven, thanks for making me underline the disclaimer on the second paragraph.
Wow Neatorama, thanks for the link! Rad to see it here! I love how joyful this silly meme can be, taking all the thunder out of the sails. The great thing is that most of these guys (the metal guys) are just as self-effacing and humorous about it as we are when we view them. It's a great study in social strata, if you want to take it waaaay too seriously.
Thanks Neatorama (and Miss Cellania specifically!)
Keep Lucille Ostero out of there.
hahahahahaha hahahaha hahahah
hahahha
haha
Okay.
That is AWESOME.
"It 'eats' snow, and craps out 'hard blocks' as it goes along!"
That made my day.
Thanks Neatorama.
Do it.
Love them
Now.
Yes Hemingway cats. You can has love. Extra love for your extra toes too!
And you're right, it does look like a Dalek! Or a sultan's headpiece and cowl.
