The first poster is correct. This vehicle is a "body on chassis" design so the body can be this damaged and the frame which is under it is fine.

And, it actually looks like a Toyota 4Runner which if it is, wouldn't surprise me. They're very durable!

While I admire mr. Nderitu's creativity, this device looks worse than those early inventors prior to the Wright Brothers. Any modern engineer will tell you that his contraption has no hope of actually flying.

Just to be clear, the only planes that have elevators on the wing are those with no tail like the retired Concorde. And, those are called Elevons because they combine ailerons with the elevator. The standard elevator is typically located on the tail's horizontal stabilizer.

On the wing is typically a set of ailerons (usually on the outboard part of the wing) and sometimes flaps (usually on the inboard part of the wing). The flaps increase lift and drag and allow the airplane to fly slower. The ailerons turn the plan by banking it in one direction or the other.

The reason this happens is that they (or someone) registered the cat to vote. Jury summons rolls come specifically from voter records. Don't be surprised, in Chicago dead people vote all the time.

The idea of the Federal or state governments paying anyone NOT to do what they normally do is ridiculous. Whether fish or crops, doesn't matter.

However, I don't have an issue with Federal or state governments regulating the fishing industry. But, only to maintain fishing populations. The downside is that it's all becoming so politicized that it's difficult to tell what is being done for true fish population control and what is being done for politics.

Does it bother anyone that the number one expense here wasn't clearly shown. Taxes are the number one expense but you have to figure it out on your own within the details.

Who's business is it what you make? You and your boss, the IRS and nobody else. The minute you get to decide what someone else makes (even though you have no personal financial interest in it as in you're the boss) then what's to stop someone else from deciding what you make?

Think about the taxes these people are paying. Now, remove those bonuses and you remove the tax revenue. Is this a good thing?

Spreading the misery is not a solution for getting us out of this mess.
