True - and when we swear too much, "four-letter" words lose their oomph, and thus their therapeutic value. If you save the "bombs" for when you really need them, they work!
If you're going to make a TV show about firefighters, hire some actual firefighters as consultants so they can catch errors! Real firefighting is dramatic enough without artistic license. Ditto shows about police officers, soldiers, paramedics...

Magnetars are pretty friggin' scary. A starquake on one that was 50,000 light years away gave off so much energy that it slightly compacted Earth's magnetic field and briefly dazzled a satellite that was scanning for gamma ray sources!
