I, for one, would love it if someone found a copy of "San Quentin Blues". On another note, look how young the boys look (especially baby-faced Moe) in "Hello Pop".

I met him at the Oscars, back when he was dating Valerie Bertinelli - the fellow I was there with was in one of his films and he introduced us - he was very charming.

I met him backstage at "Young Frankenstein" on Broadway (It was a fun show, but just didn't have that "spark" the makes a hit). He was so nice. Even though he was 80+, he was sharp as a tack, and even remembered seeing me in "Belly Dancers from Bali-Bali" - I was shocked, because I didn't think it was ever actually released, but he said a director friend of his had a print.

I love all his movies - even the more esoteric ones like "Silent Movie" and "The Twelve Chairs".

Mr. Price was a doll - I first met him when I was a magician's assistant - I had only been in Hollywood a few months. He came to a show one night, and I was thrilled (he was not yet the huge star he eventually became, but I'd seen him in "House of Wax"). He encouraged me to take acting classes at East L.A. College, and he even got me and my roommate Deb some "extra" work in those early days.

People don't realize how tall he was, he was huge - as tall as Rock Hudson. He was always a cut-up, he had a great laugh, and he could be a bit "handsy" (in those days, they all were - even Rock (believe it or not - even though he never really hid his sexuality).

It was a different world back then - heck, even my friend Eunie used to grab my butt, and she's a D.A.R. - and her husband! One time, he actually goosed me from behind. I turned around and slapped him so hard you could see my finger-marks on his face. I regretted it right away - he fell to his knees holding his jaw, and tears started to well in his eyes. I looked at him and really saw him for the first time, and I understood what Eunie had said about him being a little boy and realized she was right. So I leaned down to him and said very gently "that's too much, sweetie" and kissed him very softly on the top of the head. After that, he was just as sweet as pie.

Growing up, we ate a lot of chicken, and my mom made Chicken Marsala - which I loved. Then I was in a move called "The Bird People Meet the Chicken-Pluckers" and I completely lost my taste for chicken. My friend Elaine turned me on to Lobster Bisque - that's my favorite now - with Coconut Cream Pie for desert.
