Haiku by a Robot

At the tender age of 9, Nathan Beifuss of California showed that his creation, aptly titled "Haiku by a Robot," fulfilled all of the requirements of a haiku, namely that it has a five-seven-five syllable structure and that it makes no sense whatsoever. Genius!

I have a feeling this is not as weird as it seems. The idea is to get rid of ALL the flies, but at the same time, those responsible will not be punished if there are only one or two. So ...in the language of regulations, this ends up sounding silly.
