Well, they could be, if you think about it. Listen, we can only watch so many rom-com holiday movies. Sometimes we need to move to other genres, but there’s always the chance that we lose the festive vibes the holiday rom-com flicks give. Don’t worry, CNN has us covered. I will always argue that Die Hard is NOT a Christmas movie...a Christmas movie is about Christmas. Die Hard is not about Christmas, Christmas is just the setting in the background =)

Die hard, Trading places, while you where sleeping, Gremlins are definitively X-Mess related films, as the nativity festifity is relevant for the basis of the story. Batman Returns, Iron man 3 American psycho, Harry potter stuff, are just films where more or less some x-mas stuff serves as decoration. The batman would also have worked with e.g a bicentennial festifirty of the foundation of gotham... And it would have been very simple just ot replace the x-mas by Wissard-mass ... especcially as three are no crucifixes and no nativity scenes in hogwarts.. and not a single wizzard has made any prayers but only cast spells...
