We’ve all been there. Some more than others have a tendency to overuse (and even abuse) the word ‘sorry’ in situations where it’s not exactly necessary. So, how can we determine when it’s more appropriate to issue an apology or just take a moment to quietly and honestly self-reflect? Such decisions can be crucial, especially in corporate or organizational settings.
