8 of Diamonds Optical Illusion - Neatorama

Twitter user PlinketyPlink posed the question, "What age were you when you first saw the 8 in the middle of the 8 of diamonds?".

I have to admit, I never noticed until now. Granted, not all decks of cards have the the figure 8 in the middle of the 8 of diamonds.

An interesting optical illusion, but clearly unintentional since logically it would occur in many more cards in the deck.

Yeah, it's tricky. I basically had to do a screenshot for this one. I'll try to work on making it easier to embed a tweet or an Instagram story.
