The staff of The Ringer has constructed a list of the nine "best," meaning scariest, movie monsters, and there isn't one Universal Classic Monster on it. Dracula never really scared me, I guess it's because I'm usually far, far away from Transylvania. Ditto mummies (never been to Egypt). And werewolves - just stay home locked inside during full moons.
