How to Remove a Stuck Cork

It's really simple, as this video from Hacks World demonstrates. Just loop a sturdy plastic ribbon, then dip it into the bottle. Slip it around the bottom of the cork, then pull.

That's nice, but I think it's solving a problem that doesn't exist. The cork doesn't block the flow of wine. So once it's open, just drink it all.

i used to hate bakerella so much for all the things she could think of. i have come to terms that she's just a really inventive baker. i love her now :)

You can achieve the same the effect using a plastic bowl. This way you don't have to worry about a latex reaction or the ickiness of using a balloon. Just pour the chocolate in the bowl, tilt and cover the sides, then turn over and remove any excess.
