A new theme park in Orlando, Florida, called Skyplex is scheduled to break ground in 2015 and open in 2017. The signature thrill ride will be the tallest roller coaster in the world, the Skyscraper, that will plunge from more than 500 feet above ground. So far, it’s in the planning stages, but this virtual depiction of the ride will give you an idea of what to expect. It smells like NOPE to me. A long time ago I had a computer game that was a Disney version of simcoaster. This reminds of the tracks I built right before the car became airborne. Keep it on the ground people!

I got queasy just watching that video, but it's tamer that I would have guessed. I was expecting a 500 ft drop.
