There are plenty of beach shacks out there, but the Window House is pretty unlike anything you've ever seen. This one-person getaway is super cozy -measuring only 10 by 26 feet, so it's not ideal for regular living, but makes a great weekend surf spot. Best of all, the tiny home looks great but doesn't block the view from their neighbors and passersby thanks to the huge windows on each side of the tiny space.

Aren't overhead power and communications lines ugly? Not helped by being so scruffy, too, but even neat and tidy they're an eyesore.
