You're right, at the end there is a little vapor and a little flushing. That puts the temperature between 20-40ºF, I'd guess. Believe me, if he were truly taking a video of himself outside during the sub-zero period, it would have looked a lot different. I'm thinking maybe the video was shot Saturday or Sunday night before the temperature plummeted.

He does have vapors coming from his mouth.. and at the end of the vid, his face looks pretty flushed.

I get that it's all done for show, but as someone currently coping with the situation, I have to be a party-pooper and say that his lack of a red nose and no vapor coming from his nose and mouth are pretty clear indications that he filmed this in non-sub-zero temps.
