In Morristown, Tennessee, a man named Possum (presumably his birth name) gets around town on a John Deere riding lawn mower. Notice that he hangs a disabled parking permit tag when parking in the general vicinity of a disabled parking space. That's good because that'll keep him from getting a ticket.
