Beth at Hungry Happenings made these ingenious snacks with canned crescent roll dough. She wrapped the dough around horn molds and painted them with orange food coloring. After she baked them, she removed the molds, stuffed the rolls with egg and ham salad, and then topped them with springs of dill. From a distance, they really do look like carrots.
