It looks like she has central heterochromia - where eyes are one colour in the middle around the pupil, and a different colour towards the outside of the iris. Hers have a small ring of browny/gold in the middle and are blue on the outside. It's actually quite common. My boyfriend has brown on the inside and green on the outside.
