For some reason, possibly to achieve a viral video, this guy puts his GoPro camera down on the ground, running. The temptation was too much for a seagull in Cannes, France. It snatched the bait and took off, saying "Mine. Mine. Mine." There is no information on how he got the camera back. -via Metafilter

Ce fut plus subtil si sur le compte youtube l'auteur disait avoir trouvé une caméra (en faisant des travaux par exemple) plutôt que SA caméra... le petit détail qui fait tout tomber à l'eau.

It seemed to good to be true and apparently it was. It was staged by the GoPro camera company and retrieved because it had an attached gps device. I don't feel inspired to by things from companies that try to trick me.
