Virtual Colonoscopy? There's An App For That!

Alex

Ever wonder what exploring your innards through a colonoscopy would look like? There's an app for that!

Vishal Srivastava's software company Subversus Interactive is coming out with a new game called Gyromaniac to help medical students and armchair gastroenterologists to practice diagnosing diseases in a virtual colonoscopy.

The Presurfer has the video clip of the app in action: Link

I can have conversations with my cat without tricks, per se.

Usually I just go: Fat cats say meow. He could also, sort of, say hello. But he stopped once he realized I'd feed him whether or not he said it.

Awww. What a cute kitty.

Watching this makes me sad, though. My sweet little girl Kit N. sounded like this cat all the time. We lost her on Thursday. She was 10 years old.

I miss you, Kit N. :-(

I think the owner is mostly saying the cat's name and nicknames (Matsuko-san, Mat-chan), asking if he wants to eat ("Tabenai no?" "Gohan wa?"), asking if he's sleepy ("Nemui desu ka?") and making cat noises.
