Around the World in 80 Seconds

[YouTube - Link]
Following the route of Jules Verne's book, filmmakers Romain Pergeaux & Alex Profit managed to squeeze the entire journey
into 80 seconds. They stopped in London, Cairo, Mumbai, Hong Kong,
Tokyo, San Francsico, New York, and back to London. The actual filming
took three weeks. The movie was filmed using a Sony Cybershot HX5V.

You can see an interactive map of the trip here, and watch a "making of" film here.

Interesting concept, took a lot of work.

Maybe the extra continent is a huge hunk of
ice melting from the Arctic due to man made
global warming.

Don't give up hope on the Southern hemisphere.
Could be his next project.
