Frank Oz did lots of muppets, including Yoda.

Almost forgot Hank Azaria from the Simpsons(Apu, cheif Wiggum, Moe, Principal Skinner, etc...)

Good list, but they left off one of my favorite examples- James Avery, who played Will Smith's uncle in Fresh Prince of Bel Air, was also the voice of the Shredder from TMNT.
