This guy is actually my cousin. I found that out only a couple of months ago. He is a great guy, too. His stuff is amazing. It's not just paintings. His sculptures are intricate and extremely detailed.

Actually, he's a nice guy. My late father-in-law was his art teacher and Kuksi came to show his respect at his memorial service. He's very nice and fun to talk to. He had some of his art with him and we asked to see it. His paintings are indistinguishable from photographs when he does realism. He's actually quite amazing.

When going through my father-in-law's things we found one of the first pieces he did in his current "style." We're sending it to him as a memento.

Anyway, all I'm saying is you can't always trust an "interview" to give you a good idea of how a person is in real life.
