Perfect timing for me to link to my latest contribution to the mashup/deconstructionist comic "Square Root of Minus Garfield": "Garfield Meets Tardarsauce", because Garfield was being grumpy for decades before Tard.

Not to mention how they are formed from the reproductive structures of their respective parent plants and their purpose in the life cycle of plants. Both contain or are designed to contain seeds. Both have an amount of fruit sugar in them. Both are propagated in orchards by grafting. I guess oranges have an advantage as they are also the name of a color.
