It's just yogurt for them -I don't do single-serving packs with fruit. It's much cheaper to buy large quantities and use Tupperware.

Open the cup over a waste can, pointed away from your own body. This works with yogurt, too. Always wear proper eye and ear projection. It's just like using a power tool.

This is kind of like, "Everything I say is a lie." If you are authorized, this de-authorizes you, which means you are authorized, which de-authorizes you ... If the ancients had protected the Arc of the Covenant with a sign like this the Nazis never would have gotten their hands on it!
