There’s also boats you can get for Flightsim. I remember tearing around the water near Meigs in a Coast Guard vessel. Good times:)

I’m a 3rd mate on an oil tanker in real life, while the game is fun, I figured the controls would be similar to what there is on ships in real life, like the flight simulator. Unfortunately the controls for a 1500 foot cruise ship in the game are approximately what you would find on a 10 foot powerboat. Also the reaction times for the engines aren’t factored in at all, unlike a powerboat when you move the throttle, there is an instantaneous reaction, on a ship it can take a minute or more for the engine to react and then even more time for the vessel to actualy respond to engine.
