Would a fly sitting on a moving joystick be a “Fly Playing PacMan”?

Unfortunately I played so much Ms. Pac-Man in my youth that I can tell you definitively that it’s not stock Ms. Pac-Man either; the board shown there at the start of the videoclip is a modified version of the first Ms. Pac-Man board (among other differences, the original first board has a straight vertical shot between the upper and lower tunnel entrances, and there’s no straight vertical shot to the top of the board from directly left or right of the monster start box as it is in the one shown).
