But there's one director who was not in attendance this year, a genius filmmaker who has been nominated three times but has never won an Academy Award- David Lynch.

He's got the vision, the stories and the memorable cast of characters, and if David Lynch would have directed La La Land it would've had a totally different vibe.

It can be hard for some freshmen to adjust to life in the college dorms, because it's the first time most of them have ever lived away from home.

But after they've made friends with their roommates and other students in the dorm they usually start to feel right at home, and when all else fails the Resident Advisors are there to help.

Quamir Boddie is an RA at the University of Tennessee, and last August he asked incoming freshman Andrew Kochamba what he could do to make Andrew's year better.

Andrew replied "read me a bedtime story on my birthday" and so, six months later, Quamir paid Andrew a visit and read him Leo the Late Bloomer by Robert Kraus.

Quamir even read the book upside down so Andrew could see all the pictures, proving Q is the most amazing RA ever:

At the time, I could not have imagined how meaningful this encounter would be; I could not have fathomed the impact it would have on the two of us,” Boddie said. “Andrew was so engaged and interactive as I read to him, and that is all that really mattered to me."

Everyone who has ridden on the Universal Studios Hollywood Studio Tour has wondered one thing- why isn't there a Jaws ride at the Hollywood theme park?

Well, it may have something to do with the fact that Universal Studios Florida introduced a Jaws ride in 1990 that is now considered the most expensive theme park failure of all time.

Burgertron '84 by Gimetzco!

Back in 1984 the Fairfield Mall tried to introduce a mascot that would make shoppers want to come back to the mall because they were hungry for bargains, so with fingers crossed they unveiled the Burgertron. The crowd went wild for the futuristic piece of fast food technology, and kids snatched up all the Burgertron hats, posters and t-shirts they could carry, but the food court employees were not impressed. The mall manager had made it their responsibility to clean up after the Burgertron, and the thing made such a mess it was like cleaning up after a giant grilled toddler armed with ketchup and mustard cannons!
