Sometimes you get what you pay for, especially when it comes to hired entertainment for a kid's birthday party. Enter the wackiest collection of superheroes party entertainers I've ever seen, getting down in ways which seem totally inappropriate to do in front of a bunch of youngsters. These kids will never look at Spider Man the same way again, and the Batdance will surely haunt their dreams.

This is what Elder Scrolls: Skyrim would have looked like if it had been released in the 1980s, complete with cheesy 8-bit soundtrack and glorious pixelated graphics.

This fun parody trailer pays homage to such classic video games as: Legend Of Zelda, Duck Hunt, SkiFree, and Final Fantasy. Maybe the team at Bethesda should take a break from making hi-resolution games and explore their pixelated roots.

Nokia apparently feels like the smart phones we have today aren't rubbery or flexible enough to take us into the future, so they are introducing a design that will change the way we use, and touch, our phones.

Called the HumanForm, this rubbery surfboard shaped device is virtually unbreakable, has twist control functionality, and will supposedly allow us to feel textures via "electro tactile technology". I don't know about you, but this phone makes me want to teach a squirrel how to ride it like a surfboard!

Called the Voodoo Doughnut, this ale is bacon maple flavored, and comes in a horrifyingly pink bottle. Getting drunk first thing in the morning never tasted so good!

As it gets closer to Thanksgiving, some of us look forward to the public spectacle of giant balloons floating through NYC streets that is the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

This vintage shot from the 1940 parade shows a simpler balloon version of the Man of Steel taking his place in the parade. Boy, parade balloons sure have come a long way!

The New Yorker rejected this great same sex marriage cover art by Robert Crumb, so he subsequently declined to do any more work for the magazine. I think Robert Crumb is an unlikely candidate for New Yorker cartoonist, because his illustrations are neither boring nor conservative enough for the average subscriber, but what do you think?

I have been waiting for years to get my hands on a new Elder Scrolls game, and my excitement can barely be contained. Enter an equally excited, and fashionably medieval, bard to sing the praises of the newest incarnation-Elder Scrolls: Skyrim.

The "Song of Skyrim" is beautifully animated by Harry Partridge, and is so catchy that you'll be humming the tune all day as you wait to get a copy of Skyrim in your hands.

These character interpretations, pictured above Cringer and Battle Cat from He-Man, Chewbacca, and Splinter from the Ninja Turtles, are not only creative in terms of design, they also look super cuddly!

Made from felted fabric by Justin Alan Volpe, these figures have a cartoony style that rarely comes across properly in soft sculpts. I hope he mass produces these figures some day, I want them all!
