MAMA is the tale of orphaned children who survived in the wild thanks to a dark presence they call Mama, and the feature length film began as a short film so good it creeped out Guillermo del Toro, which is no small feat.

Matt Hawkins of Custom Papertoys knows that 2d animation and paper sculptures have a lot in common, like implied dimensionality and eye pleasing contour lines, so turning a toon into a paper sculpture just makes sense.
His latest series is dedicated to Disney, and each piece looks just like the toon that inspired it without all that pesky animated motion and dialog.
